Ticks, fleas and mites don’t stand a chance

Not only does Bravecto® kill ticks, fleas and mites that are already on your dog, but after only one dose, Bravecto® breaks the flea life cycle and drives them into extinction. Within the first two hours of giving your dog a Bravecto® chew, it starts to kill >95% of fleas within 8 hours and >90% of ticks within 12 hours. This quick onset of action and efficacy is important in decreasing the risk of your dog contracting a tick-borne disease such as biliary.

12 weeks of long-lasting protection

With a single Bravecto® chew your pawed pal gets a full twelve weeks of protection against ticks, fleas, and mites. That’s three times longer than monthly treatments!

Ready for playtime

Immediately after taking the Bravecto® chew, your pooch is ready for adventure. Bathing, shampooing or swimming doesn’t stop Bravecto® from doing a great job at tackling ticks, fleas and mites. Bravecto® chews are eaten and work from the inside out, which means snuggles, grooming or brushing has no impact on the effect of Bravecto®.

Easy to take

it’s basically like giving your dog a treat!

Approved for puppies

Puppyhood is all about fun, mischief and a whole lot of love and cuddles. There’s no space for crawling arachnid monsters spoiling the fun. Luckily, Bravecto® is also approved for puppies from as young as eight weeks of age.

Cost effective

With twelve weeks of protection, it means you don’t have to worry about monthly treatments, making Bravecto® great value for money.

Tailor-made for your dog

To ensure that your dog is fully protected, Bravecto® offers different products per size. See which Bravecto® is perfect for your pooch here: https://www.bravecto.co.za/for-dogs

Safe (unless you’re a tick, flea or mite)

There are no known interactions between Bravecto® and routinely used animal health products such as antibiotics, painkillers, hormones, vaccines and dewormers.

Bravecto® chew for dogs is approved for use in breeding, pregnant, and lactating dogs. It is also approved for use in dogs with an MDR1 gene mutation (e.g. Collie type breeds).

The safety and efficacy profile of Bravecto®, has been established through comprehensive clinical research in more than 170 studies. After three years of post-marketing surveillance of more than 80 million Bravecto® doses distributed in 85 countries, the overall worldwide reporting rate of adverse events is rare (0,01 – 0,1%), mostly mild vomiting and diarrhoea. However, your veterinarian is your pet’s health care expert, so it is always best to discuss all of your pet’s treatments with them, concerning prescription or over-the-counter supplements.

Blood donation is also not expected to impact the safety or efficacy of Bravecto®.
